• Delcon HVAC has specialized expertise in design/build services for complex projects including renovations, expansions and new facilities. Often the simplest and most economical approach toward project completion, the design/build team performs all mechanical engineering design and HVAC contracting services. • Operating as HVAC project manager, Delcon HVAC is able to manage the administrative functions of the construction process. Under this type of agreement, Delcon HVAC is accountable to the owner or project manager, protecting their interests at every stage of a project. In situations where the schedule is important, this method allows the HVAC phase of a project to move forward, while other portions of the design work are still in progress.
