Project
Overview
This $60 million construction project required thousands of square feet
of sheet metal work, including metal gutters, cornices, flashing, building
expansion joints and louvers. Working closely with owner and architect,
Delcon's design/build team proved instrumental in upgrading the facility's
waterproofing. Our innovation and creativity saved thousands of dollars
by substituting galvanized cornices for more costly wooden trim.
